General Description

SUPERBOLT® SB8 series Torquebolts replace standard hex-bolts of large diameter. They provide multijackbolt features for applications with tapped holes, or where threading a stud into a nut would be impractical. The outside diameter is smaler than that of a nut type tensioner on a stud, allowing Torquebolts to fit tighter areas.
Applications:

Gear boxes, BOF applications, mining equipment, pinion stands, clamp type flange connections, wind tunnels, compressors, etc.
